Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Depending on order volume, some orders may ship and be delivered on weekends and some U.S. Holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Due to the nature of our products, we only ship to physical locations.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, and/or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

AMPLubes.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the USA in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

Returns Policy

All sales are final.  We will not accept returns of any product once delivery has been accepted.
